We are looking for someone to join our team to lead our community management and volunteering programme. We have thousands of young people applying to become volunteers and this role will manage the process through recruitment, training and ongoing management and support.

We are looking for someone who has incredible communication and engagement skills. Who has experience of managing a community and who can push ours to the next level using their skills and initiative to engage, inspire and support our volunteers. You must be able to relate to and play an active role in our community.

We are recruiting for a dynamic and driven individual to set-up and run an impactful affiliate marketing programme within the TalkLife community. We are a fast paced organisation looking for someone to hit the ground running, working on an iterative basis crafting longer term strategy whilst implementing fast wins and testing approaches.

Experience working in a startup environment and solid understanding of the tech world is a must as is an ability to drive results whilst maintaining an appreciation of the sector and demographic we are working with. A background in mental health is not necessary however an understanding of some of the key challenges and opportunities within this sector would be an advantage.
